Belconnen Lathlain will be a catalyst for renewal within the west Belconnen Town centre.

The site sits within the ‘Lathlain Eat Street’ precinct and is next to a site earmarked for an ACT Government urban park. It also enjoys convenient pedestrian access through to Westfield Belconnen, which is located opposite the site.

The proposed development responds to the future context to create a vibrant mixed-use precinct. It will include a combination of retail and cafes/restaurants set amongst parkland and laneways, along with a hotel, commercial office suites, serviced apartments, resident amenities and apartments.

The precinct will also be integrated with the large urban park being delivered by the ACT Government adjacent to the site. Close to jobs, shops, experiences, recreation and transit hubs, this will be a walkable neighbourhood offering excellent amenity to both residents and visitors.
